Welcome to the AVD Residential build project for the Dominguez residence in Temecula, CA. This webpage provides updates on the construction process of this Spanish Colonial Revival home, inspired by the traditional Mexican Hacienda style. 

Currently, the parcel remains undeveloped, but plans are in motion following Riverside County’s recent approval of the grading plans.

The single-story home will feature 4,803 square feet of livable space, centered around a 1,419-square-foot courtyard, with an additional 1,022-square-foot garage. 

Designed for both function and elegance, it includes four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an office, gym, family and living rooms, a dining area, an exterior California room, and a mechanical room. A distinctive church bell at the porch entrance will add to its architectural charm.
